While the hotel has a fun pool area for kids and friendly staff, it definitely needs some updates and improvements overall. My room had some cleanliness issues and I noticed that parts of the hotel were under construction, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the whirlpool with my kids, but the maintenance of the facilities was lacking, making the experience just okay. I'd consider returning if improvements are made, but it wasn't quite what I hoped for.
